Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. All self-check-in instructions will be sent prior to your scheduled arrival date. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

At Sinking Creek Ranch, we pride ourselves on providing a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These include clean and modern restroom facilities with hot showers, convenient on-site firewood and ice, picnic areas, and cozy campfire spots. All bedding is included in glamping tents. Patio furniture or picnic tables are provided at each glamping tent and RV sites. RV sites are full hook-ups including electric, water and sewer. Limited wifi is available on the property.

We offer a variety of recreational activities, such as hiking trails, hunting spots, and splashing in the creek for the kids. We allow ATV and horseback riding on-site. Near-by attractions include floating on the Current, Black or Jack's Fork rivers. Off-road riding at Sutton Bluff and miles of hiking or horse trails makes Sinking Creek Ranch a great home base. Whether you're a seasoned camper or new to the experience, we have amenities to enhance your stay and make it as convenient as possible.

Absolutely! We allow all ATVs, dirt bikes and SXS under 50" are welcome on our private trails. All SXS 50"+ are welcome to cruise the open pasture as well as miles and miles of backroads. Please follow all trails as marked and stay on designated paths. Please make sure to follow all ORV riding rules and maintain proper permits for off road riding.

Yes, we understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well-behaved, leashed pets at our camping grounds. We ask that all pet owners be responsible for their animals, clean up after them, and ensure they do not disturb other campers. You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival for a full refund, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made within 15 days of your arrival will result in a partial refund, while cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
